Sanitary napkin production line includes main machine, glue applicatos, packing system and other accessory equipments include air compressor, vision detection system and metel detection machine etc. Sanitary napkin machine can produce both fluff pulp type and ultra-thin type, with wings and without wings.
We can customize the sanitary napkin with quick-easy package ,individul package and straight package.
This machine will need following materials:fluff pulp,non woven,tissue,film,SAP, glue,ADL,air laid paper, release paper, quick-easy tape
| Main functions and features 1. It can produce ultra-thin or fluffy pulp cotton core type sanitary napkin, which is fast-easy package. 2. Main material like Non-woven, PE film, packing film, air-laid paper auto splicing, tension control, auto guider and unqualified parts will remove automatically. 3. Cutter material use 45 # steel, extend life of the cutter. 4. Higher speed crusher machine can crush treated or untreated fluff pulp. 5. Touchable Screen: Motor switch on/off, running speed, time, counting pieces, parameter setting, alarm, error display, error enquiry (functions setting appear on screen are different according to different machine type) 6. Machine with safety door |
