1. The diaper machine can produce 5 sizes baby diapers according to customer's samples for produce the elastic side panel baby diapers.
The structure of diapers include : 3D fluff cores, top sheet nonwoven, upper and bottom tissue paper, leak cuff nonwoven, ADL sheet, back sheet, frontal tape, frontal ears, back elastic ears.

8. 6 sets of automatic materials adopt frequency regulator controlling system. Auto unwinding, auto material tension controlling, automatic splicing; automatic rectification and auto reject wasted products. (Fit for top tissue paper, bottom tissue paper, ADL, bottom film, SMS woven, top sheet non-woven ;)
9. Except glue, elastic ribbon and fluff pulp, all the other raw materials have auto checking when any of the raw materials lacking or breaking off, the machine can be shut off automatically at the shortest time to decrease the defective
10. The machine equipped with two sets cranes for lifting the SMS leak cuff nonwoven and top sheet nonwoven.
11. Frontal tape with sensor position cutting function. (P.S: Frontal tape should printed with color mark.)
12. SAP dosing system set up on the ground, SAP feeding quantity controlled by servo system
13. Machine adopts synchronous belt combine with synchronous wheel, gear box, differential mechanism driving system.
14.Machine can be controlled remotely, timely monitoring machine working programs, and can remote maintenance and solve programs problem
15. Waste collection device. All the edge cut waste raw materials can be collect together into the cabinet.
